I had a number of enjoyable days in the studio in December working with food stylist Nerys Howel on a number of recipes promoting Welsh produce. There’s a lot of incredible food being produced in Wales and it’s a joy to showcase some of it.
I spent an enjoyable day photographing these amazing cocktails in the studio over the summer for a bar menu. We did stay sober - honest!
In addition to their guest chef evening, I’ve also been at The Grove during the spring season to cover the extensive gardens in their spring glory and also the new food menu developed by executive chef Allister Barsby. It’s no wonder The Grove was voted Welsh Hotel of the Year by the Good Hotel Guide for 2016.
I’ve photographed a few more of Bistrot Pierre’s latest restaurants as they continue to expand their successful business into new areas throughout the UK and also been involved in photographing their new spring/summer menu. It’s also been pleasure to sample some of their delicious menu at the shoots!!
